Please enclose a fully filled out repair form with your shipment.
Unfortunately, there have been an increasing number of cases recently in which no customer information is enclosed.
Shipments without a covering letter/repair form will not be processed!

Customs Notice for Customers from Non-EU Countries: Please always provide the serial number and turbine type on the customs declaration and/or pro forma invoice. Declare your defective goods as "repair goods" with the corresponding value (depreciated by 20% per year), never the new price. Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect value declarations will be charged.

If you send your package with the Swiss Post, the current processing time at the German customs can take several weeks until we receive the import information.
We recommend that you send your package to us with UPS, Fedex or DHL Express. Here the processing takes only a few days.
